Linda Holden brings over 16 years of hotel operations and revenue leadership experience to Benchmark Investors Group, providing a critical bridge between on-the-ground property performance and investment-level decision making. Her background spans nationally recognized brands including Marriott, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham, with extensive experience operating and stabilizing assets across multiple markets.


Prior to joining Benchmark, Linda served in General Manager and Corporate Task Force roles, where she was deployed across portfolios to assess underperforming properties, implement operational improvements, and drive revenue growth. She has led assets through repositioning, new openings, and performance turnarounds, with a strong focus on improving NOI, guest satisfaction metrics, and overall asset efficiency.


Linda’s expertise includes revenue management, financial analysis, budgeting, and sales strategy execution. Her background as a Director of Sales—where she increased revenues by over 70% through corporate, group, and event business—adds a valuable top-line growth perspective to her operational skillset.


At Benchmark Investors Group, Linda supports the Hospitality Division by providing real-time operational insight into underwriting, due diligence, and asset positioning. Her ability to evaluate true property performance beyond reported numbers—identifying inefficiencies, missed revenue opportunities, and cost-saving measures—strengthens client advisory, pricing strategy, and overall investment execution.


Linda’s hands-on experience and results-driven approach make her a key resource in aligning property-level operations with investor returns, helping clients maximize value across hospitality acquisitions and dispositions.
