Campbell Dodd brings over 35 years of varied real estate experience to Benchmark Investors Group ranging from assisting investors in expanding their investment portfolios to assisting developers and builders identify their next residential or commercial development project.  

Campbell holds a North Carolina Broker license, is pending Tennessee Broker licensing. an appraiser license holding over 25 years of experience, and over 8 years as a licensed insurance provider.

Campbell's real estate career began when employed by the state of North Carolina and a private civil engineering firm providing surveying, road design, and subdivision development design services.  

Campbell was awarded leading salesperson for two wholesale distributors of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC products over a 15-year span.  His entrepreneurial skills included owning a vending company, building a real estate portfolio of land and rental properties, renovations, and new home construction projects.

Campbell currently resides in Nashville, TN and previously Wilmington and Raleigh, NC.  Memberships include the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, BPO Elks, The Chi Phi Fraternity, and is currently the Treasurer of the Gamma Zeta Foundation, Inc for 35 years.  Attended the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and North Carolina State University.
