Brian Quinn is a Michigan licensed real estate agent and a member of the Benchmark Investors Group team, where he focuses primarily on opportunities within the firm’s fuel and convenience retail division. He works with buyers and sellers of gas stations, convenience stores, and related retail assets, helping clients evaluate opportunities and navigate transactions from initial underwriting through closing.


Brian brings more than two decades of real estate experience, having previously spent over 18 years as a real estate sales associate advising clients on property values, market conditions, and transaction strategy. His background includes property marketing, buyer representation, and coordinating the full transaction process with lenders, inspectors, and title professionals.

In addition to his real estate background, Brian also serves as a portfolio manager in the global currency markets, where he analyzes and manages risk across multiple foreign exchange positions. His work involves both quantitative and qualitative market analysis, portfolio risk management, and disciplined investment strategy.


With experience spanning both real estate and financial markets, Brian brings a strong analytical approach to evaluating deals and helping investors identify opportunities that support long-term growth.
